The first ever zero dosage (sugar-free) rose available in the market. In the glass it has an attractive pinkish hue with a hint of copper and a delicate mousse. The nose is lively with heavy yeasty notes and hints of morello cherries and wild strawberries. This cuvee is made from 55% Chardonnay and 39% Pinot Noir with an addition of 8% still red wine (Pinot Noir) from Mareuil sur A�. The great harvest of 2002 is the base of this cuv�e which is presented without any "dosage". Ayala is owned by the Bollinger Champagne House. |
