The creation of this non-vintage ros� has been long in the making and a dream of the House for over six years. This wine has evolved not as a curiosity, but as with all of the Bollinger cuv�es, as a careful assembly of the very finest ingredients by their talented, passionate team. In the meticulous House style, Bollinger Ros� is modelled on the Special Cuv�e blend, combining the fruits of previous harvests plus the addition of reserve wines from their cellars in Ay. This non-vintage interpretation is true to its distinctive house style and heritage, which gives reason to believe it would have been granted her approval.
