A complex blend of some of Jerez's finest wines, delicate finos, aged amontillados, fragrant olorosos with wine from the special Pedro Ximenez grape providing a silky mellow, smoothness. For centuries Harveys Bristol cream has been enjoyed at room temperature in special glasses called copitas. But today's hipper crowd prefers Harveys chilled in a white wine glass or, even cooler, on the rocks in a tumbler with a wedge of orange. |
