He was a pioneer in the development of modern Chilean viticulture, to which he dedicated his greatest efforts. Vinedo Chadwick is located in one of the best areas of the Maipo Valley. The vineyard is densely planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Carmenere, which are carefully managed to ensure the production of the superior quality fruit. To preserve that quality, the grapes were harvested by hand during the early morning hours. The individual lots of wine were aged for 22 months in new French oak barrels before blending and bottling. 93 Points - The Wine Advocate (Parker Points) |
